This workshop is structured
around firing the bake oven properly and baking at different
levels of heat. Breads, great cakes and coffins will be
prepared. Bake oven drying racks will be present, and product
that has been dried in a bake oven.

will roast cacao beans and process them on a metate to prepare
chocolate for use in beverages and receipts. Registration
is limited.
